Project Details
The project is located at 970 Bristlecone Dr, Brian Head, UT 84719 and easily accessible from Brian Head’s main street (HWY 143). The project is directly connected to Brian Head Ski Resort. This beautiful ski-in ski-out project includes two distinct EB-5 phases encompassing a luxury resort lodge, 216 condos and 44 townhomes, all on 38.89 acres. The site has been improved including the entrance way and road is paved. The land has water, sewer, and electrical.
Phase 1
Includes 86 units, comprising of 84 condos, and a beautiful twin home all of which have been parceled and approved to build. Additional outdoor amenities will be developed as part of phase 2 including slope-side jacuzzi spas, and gazebos.
Phase 2
Construction of a $42.6 Million 4-star resort lodge. The lodge will include 107 keys and offer ski in/ski out access, High-end amenities including a spa and full service restaurant.
